I read about Hurrican Earl, and I found that this hurricane is closer than it was on Monday. Currently reaching category 4, Supposidly hitting the coast of the U.S on Thursday, by Friday wheater reporters are looking at the Jersey Shore being hit and the hurricane running about 150 miles. This is important and very dangerous, which is why I commented and read about this.

This article talks about how womnen made history playing in the fifa world cup. Its rare and facinating that they have womens football in south africa. It'll be cool to have it in the U.S. This shows how women are just as atheletic as men. Congrats on making history ladies!! -Lamont Mcclain

I believe the Google company is trying to expand to a more broad service provider, like apple is, and is going in the right direction. Phonecalls via laptop for free is pretty sweet, and I will probably try it out with my microphone when I get to my house.

I don't think google is going to charge a monthly fee for use of this new service, so people can easily save around 20 bucks a month, and calls are even free right now between people in the US and Canada.

  7. Expectations were raised for the US's soccer journey into South Africa. Coach Bob Bradley took the blame for the dissapointing early exit of the national team. His coaching abilities have been greatly questioned. Bradley has sighned a contract to continue coaching for another four years and will try again for the cup. After reading about Jean and his Hati story, it healped me realize that the storm impacted alot of people in different ways. Jean is a 20 year old male that almost lost his life in the storm. After quiding his mother, sister and unborn nephew, he prayed to qod and everything worked out. Now he is currently inrolled in school at Newark currently doing Trigonometry, Art, English. He has dreams of becoming a doctor and is staying with the Hirsch family that will help him achieve that qoal. -Jaleahh && Kachina.

This article is different than most because usually you hear about people dying in explosions. In this one is about a grenade that went off and no one died. I've never read anything on Thailand before but this shows me that there's war going on everywhere in world. Turns out it's the 4th explosion, of which the first 3 have killed one person and wounded many. It seems like this happens everywhere, so it doesn't move me at all and I'm pretty sure the world will stay this way for a long time.

    Erick and Davis says-

Carolina is having alot of trouble focusing in practice, because of the investigation. Coach Butch Davis says it's really hard because i dont know what to say to my players cause everytime i look up something else happens. The team is diffenetly going to suffer this year from this situation, Regardless of what the consequences are. the preseason has also now suffered from this situation because of all the energy put in it.

In this article they are talking about the the Mosque they are building at Ground Zero. some agree ans some disagree. for one, the first amendendment gives American Muslims the right to build a house of worship wherever they wish to as long as it is agreed by with its local ordinances. witch is true but many dont think that they should place it there, due to the fact that Muslims condemened 9/11. And it is also an historical site to your country.

this article is a contradictory one, is an article which highlightes the intentions of different people to "solve" a problem. surely, the government decision is involved in this thing, so this is one of the reasons i've picket it.
i can't really say my own point of view for this article, and i can't say who i think has a better idea or not. the thing that i can say for sure is that people aren't indifferent, and that matters. whether they are right or not, they are involved, they are willing to change the situation and create other entourage.

next time i'll try to have my own thoughts about this :) and sorry for my english mistakes.

I don't agree with those who are voting to build this casino on the battlegrounds. I think that that the historical grounds shouldn't be harmed because having the ground stay there to me is more important then building a casino just to bring money. If they bring the casino into Gettysburg, then it will most likely be less known for it's battle and more for the casino. I just don't think it's a good idea in general to build it.

paris hilton has been suspected of doing drugs. drugs are dangerous for you and people around you, and they are illegal. she claims the drugs weren't hers, but the media portrays the drugs as hers. this is really bad because she could possibly be a role model for some people, and those people could end up making the wrong decisions because of what paris did.

This hurricane coming, "Hurricane Earl", is looking to be a bad one. The storm is said to move at a maximum speed of 105 mph with exeeds ncs last hurricane. Its said to hit the outer banks tonight on september 2nd and pass near ncs barrier islands. People refer to this hurricane as not one to worry about, but history says anyone can be dangerous. Its said to hit the outerbanks hard but the more inland nc might just be caught in soft winds and slight rain.
